Part magician. Part actor. All entertainer.
Michael is an internationally award-winning magician whose performances have literally taken him around the world!
With an education in theatre, Michael’s greatest asset is the ability to combine sleight of hand technique and theatrical motivation to form a seamless evening of inspired, skilled, and entertaining magic.
In 2015, Michael’s two loves combined; he was hand-picked to create the role of the “Magic Maker” in the World Premiere of Stephen Schwartz’s Magic To Do onboard Princess Cruises.
The following January, Princess embarked on an industry first and invited the original cast of Magic To Do to record the Original Cast Album; this is unparalleled in the cruise ship industry. The album can be purchased on iTunes or Amazon.
Currently, Michael continues his work on cruise ships, as well as numerous corporate trade shows, weddings, restaurants, and private functions.
He lives in Pittsburgh, PA with his beautiful wife, Sarah, their perfect daughter, Rosalind, and scruffy pooch, Aurora.
book me for your event!
Michael Misko - Magician. Comedian. Cracker of Wise. brings you a unique blend of deft sleight-of-hand magic and charming, wry, comedy...peppered with a hefty dose of rapier wit! Michael's brand of comedy magic is fast-paced, non-stop, and squeaky clean. In this action-packed evening of side-splitting comedy and world-class sleight-of-hand, there promises to be more fun, amazement, and good-humored jocularity than there are hyphens in this paragraph!
If a more intimate setting is what you're looking for, you can invite Michael to perform his formal close-up show. This is ideal for around 20-30 guests, in a hospitality suite, black box theatre, or even your living room, all gathered around watching as Michael performs "under your nose" magic. This is a peek behind the curtain and into the intimate world of close-up magic...simply 52 cards, 2 hands and 10 fingers.
If you can't get your guests to gather for either scenario, Michael's walk-around magic is just the thing. It's the same "under your nose" magic...without the table! As the title suggests, Michael will walk around during your event and entertain small groups of your guests for a few hours, keeping the evening buzzing and energized!
If it's a host you need, Michael is your ideal emcee; audience banter, improv comedy, and a little bit of magic will allow your performance to flow smoothly from curtain to curtain!
Meet a few of the people who have trusted me to make sure their guests were entertained and given an opportunity to experience true wonder! I hope to see your feedback here soon!

How far in advance do we need to book?
As much advanced notice as possible is generally best. My calendar fills up months (even a year, in some cases) in advance, so the sooner you're on the books, the better! That said, sometimes the stars align and I'm available on a Friday night; so if it's last minute and you think, "eh...he's probably not available," go ahead and try me! We might be able to make it work!
Do you travel?
YES! I travel all around the world to perform magic and I can travel to you, too. Depending on the distance, there may be some travel expenses added to my rate, but that will all be discussed prior to signing any agreements!
What type of payments do you accept?
PayPal, Venmo, Credit Cards, Checks, Cash.
Do you do children's events?
My show is 100% family friendly, but I do not specialize in performing magic specifically for children.
Do you offer a cancellation policy?
When I send out the agreement, I require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee. That is to hold the date. The balance is due a week before the scheduled event. If the event is cancelled the balance is forgiven, however I am unable to refund the retainer fee.
(or book me! that works too!)
